The major goal of the Council is to help promote the vibrant community of performing and visual artists throughout the county and to coordinate area arts activities. The group also hopes to encourage arts education in the schools, and to raise community knowledge and appreciation for the many art and cultural resources available in our area. Member benefits include receiving the calendar of local arts events each year while promoting the arts within our communities. Those interested in becoming members of the Geauga Council for Arts and Culture, may obtain forms that are available at local libraries or by writing or calling the GCAC at the above number.
