Your advertising will help keep Geauga~Link™ online and growing    Geauga~Link™ is available free of charge on the World Wide Web as are most Internet services. Also our listings of information on behalf of local non-profit community institutions and services are provided and maintained without charge to them.    Needless to say, Geauga~Link™ is far from being cost-free.Therefore we've decided to sell a limited amount of advertising to generate the revenues necessary to keep such a major project online. We pledge to choose our advertisers very carefully, and be very particular about the types of products and services they are allowed to offer our visitors.    Geauga~Link™ has some unique advertising opportunities designed to make it easy for businesses to become identified with this attention-getting new media and share in the credit for bringing it to the Geauga community. Page Sponsorship

A sponsorship places your large banner ad on the Geauga~Link™ page of your choice (subject to availability). Your ad can also serve as a live link to your Web page or site on our server or elsewhere.

Banners are 396 x 144 pixels (approx. 5 in. wide x 2 in. tall), or the approximate equivalent of a 5 col.-inch newspaper ad.

Page Creation Services

   Web pages of active businesses require periodic revision in order to remain factually current, as well as present a fresh face to invite repeat visits.

   An instance of page revision may be something as simple as the change of a telephone number or seasonal business hours, or the job could involve more demanding work ranging from scanning and inserting a new logo all the way up to a total redesign.

   Geauga~Link™ will price requested maintenance operations on a case-by-case basis, and provide an estimate in advance.

Web Page Building and Maintenance

Conversion of advertiser-supplied text into Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) format, the layout of existing images, and layout of tables or forms either in the creation of new Web pages or in the revision of existing pages.

Image Processing

Conversion of existing graphic images into a digitized format suitable for use in the construction of Web pages.

Graphics Services

Creation of original graphic images.

RATE:

Page Creation Services are billed at $35.00 per hour with a one-hour minimum charge.
