Geauga County Tourism is a member based organization devoted to promoting Geauga County businesses & events through an annual Visitor Guide. The Council also participates in the 1-800 BUCKEYE national advertising campaign, works closely with other local visitor bureaus and the state of Ohio's Division of Travel & Tourism. Guides are distributed at the state's 11 visitor information centers, the turnpike comfort centers, hotels, attractions, and various other businesses.

Membership is open to any business or organization that wants to help promote the tourism trade in Geauga County. Updates on the Council's activities, a quarterly newsletter, and the opportunity to become involved in business meetings are benefits provided by an annual $65.00 membership fee.
