Geauga Fast Pitch Softball League

The Geauga Fast Pitch Softball League will offer summer fast pitch programs in the following communities:

Age groups include 10, 12, 14, 18, and under 18 for the '98 summer program. Look for sign-up sheets in your area.

Middlefield Youth League
Baseball and Softball Registration

Boys baseball ages 14 and under, and girls softball ages 18 and under Registration fees for one child are as follows: Ages 5 to 8, $25.00; ages 9 to 12, $30.00; and ages 13 and up, $40.00.
Each additional child is $10.00 with a maximum per family rate of $60.00. For further information call 632-5240.

West Geauga Girls Softball Program

The West Geauga Baseball Federation has added a new Girls Softball Program for the Summer 1998 season. The Federation will offer both Fast-Pitch and Slow-Pitch playing opportunities for area girls age 13 and older.

"Introduction to Fast-Pitch Softball Clinics" will be held during the winter and spring of 1998 at times and locations to be announced.

Any West Geauga area player who is interested in attending these clinics or is interested in learning about the Fast-Pitch Program, please call one of the following coaches:

The Federation is considering establishing a "35 and Over" women's league and is seeking information on player interest to form four teams. Games would be played on Thursday evenings at Parkside. Anyone interested in playing on a team, bringing in a whole team, or serving as a commissioner should contact Rissa Flesher at 729-0135.
