PUBLIC HEARING

July 5, 2005

 

The public hearing for the 2006 township budget was called to order at 7:15 p.m. by Chairman: John A. Eberly.   All Trustees were present.

 

The proposed budget was discussed  The clerk prepared a budget with a replacement 1 mill road levy passing and one in the event the road levy does not pass. The budget to be presented to the County Auditor’s office has to be the one without the road levy.

 

             Motion by Gene McCune seconded by Patrick J. Cavanagh to close the Public Hearing on the 2006 township budget.  VOTE:  McCune, yes; Cavanagh, yes; Eberly, yes. Motion passed.
