SPECIAL MEETING

 

December 12, 2005

 

            The meeting was called to order by Chairman John A. Eberly at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of conducting employee reviews and zoning board candidate interviews. All trustees were present.

 

            Motion by John Eberly seconded by Patrick Cavanagh to enter into Executive Session for the purpose of conducting employee reviews and Board of Zoning Appeal and Zoning Commission candidate interviews.  VOTE:   McCune, yes; Cavanagh, yes; Eberly, yes. The motion passed.

 

            The trustees individually invited the following people into Executive Session:

 

 

            Frank Kitko, Jr., Jane Hardy, Dave Powell, Emerick Gordon, Jim Hewis, Al Schindler, Dave Wilmot, Don Simpson, Mike Henry, Kevin Graham, Robert Freebairn, and Lew Tomsic.

 

 

         Motion by Patrick Cavanagh seconded by John A. Eberly to leave Executive Session.  VOTE:  McCune, yes; Cavanagh, yes; Eberly, yes. The motion passed.

 

            Motion by John Eberly seconded by Eugene T. McCune, Jr. to adjourn the meeting.   VOTE:   McCune, yes; Cavanagh, yes; Eberly, yes. The motion passed. The meeting was adjourned.
