Nancy White called the Housing Council meeting to order at 10:30 a.m.  The following members were present:  Beverly Ferry, Carole Clark and Dan Gyure.  Diane Roach was excused. Others present:  Dorothy Allen, Housing Inspector, Dan Weir, Administrator and Bethann Petronio, Secretary. 

 

 

AGENDA:  There were no additions or deletions to the agenda

 

 

MINUTES OF JULY 18, 2005:  There were no corrections to the minutes.    Clark made a motion to approve the minutes as written.  Ferry seconded.   ROLL CALL:  Yeas (2), Nays (0), Abstain (1) Gyure   MOTION PASSED

 

 

ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN:  Clark made a recommendation to nominate Nancy White as chairman.  Ferry seconded.   ROLL CALL:  Yeas (4), Nays (0) MOTION PASSED

 

APPOINTMENT OF NEW MEMBER:  White made a recommendation to appoint Dale Christine to the Housing Council.  Clark seconded.   ROLL CALL:  Yeas (4), Nays (0) MOTION PASSED

 

OLD BUSINESS:  There was no old business.

 

NEW BUSINESS:

 

Review of Housing Council Duties:  There were no questions on the duties of the housing council.

 

Discussion of CRA agreements: The housing inspector has inspected all of the agreements that are current at the moment.  White had a question on the location of one of the companies.  Some of the companies are small and are housed in larger building on Industrial Parkway. 

 Clark made a motion to approve the CRA inspection report.   Ferry seconded.  ROLL CALL:  Yeas (4), Nays (0) MOTION PASSED

 

      

 

 

 

There being no further business, Clark made a motion to adjourn the meeting.  Gyure seconded.   All were in favor.  Meeting was adjourned at 10:45 a.m.
